Scraping is a great way to add some texture to your paint. It can really useful when painting rock or tree trunks for example.

It’s a relatively easy method, especially when paint a number of rocks.

Timing is everything this technique. If you do it too soon then the paint just runs back in, too late and the paint won’t scrape.
